"Easier Than You Think".

This is my very first blog experience, that's right, I have never read a blog nor created one, yet I am determined to make this work somehow.

Now, without delay, lets get started. I was trained to become an executive chef at a very young age. I find cooking fascinating and an adventure each time I jump into the kitchen. I love my pots, my pans, even my potato peelers, that's right and all the little kitchen gadgets (which reminds me I really need to clean out that kitchen drawer), those little simple things to other people makes up my day. Having the right tools and equipment makes everything for my cooking experience, My friends call me a Kitchen Aid junkie because I love to collect Kitchen Aid mixers. So if you are reading my blogs (because there will be more to come) you just might get tired of me speaking of my kitchen Aids, in different colors, of course.

I have had many job titles in my life's journey, but here I am ending up at this point in my life a Custom Cakes Decorator.

If you are a housewife, a, student, a chef, or just plain interested in cake decorating, this blog is for you, its for all of us who never thought "you could do it". You will find this blog so informative
your eyes will pot out, When was planning it, I think peed just a little. Its fascinating, it's fun and you will have access to so much information you never thought.
